MACHINE WASH SERARATELY IN WARM WATER. This garment has a backing of 100% COTTON and a face of 50% cotton and 50% poly-ester. Because it's mostly cotton, it will keep you cozy and comfortable all year round. It has been custom dyed to produce unique color variations and to enhance its beauty and individuality. This piece does have an odor. Not moldy or musty, almost perfume-y and like it's been in storage a long time. I did not launder, as to keep it in pristine condition with tags!
